Samsung announces Galaxy S5 will launch with free Deezer
Samsung has announced it will be launching its new flagship, the Galaxy S5, with a number of “gifts” when it goes on sale on 11 April.
Those who buy the handset in the UK will be getting free access to Deezer for six months and Endomondo for a year as part of the package.
The Samsung deal will mean its Galaxy S5 owners will have six months free subscription to Deezer Premium+, which allows you to stream from its music service at 320kbps without adverts, saving you £60.
Users will also get a one year free subscription to Endomondo, meaning you will have access to more features in the Endomondo app, such as heart rate zones, workout graphs and training programmes.
Deezer offers 30 million tracks and to redeem the offer, you just need to install the app and sign in. You’ll need to provide payment details but nothing will be taken from your account until the 6-month offer ends.
Endomondo will be integrated into S Health on your device, meaning your workouts will show in the Samsung app too, plus you won’t need to enter any payment details when you sign in.
Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy S5 will come with one year Run Keeper Elite, 50GB of Dropbox storage for two years and three months of Evernote premium. See more at msn
